Training Session on the Anti-Fraud Law. Veri*Factu Regulation.

Training Session on the Anti-Fraud Law. Veri*Factu Regulation.

On January 29th, we held an online training session on the Anti-Fraud Law and the Veri*Factu Regulation, with the valuable collaboration of Albert Folguera, partner-director of the Tax Department at  Addwill  and associate professor at the University of Barcelona.

During the session, we explored in depth the key aspects of the regulation and its impact on the issuance and receipt of electronic invoices.

The session was highly dynamic and enriching, allowing attendees to better understand the differences between electronic invoices and the Veri*Factu system, as well as the cases in which each is applicable:

It is important to highlight that the issuance and receipt of invoices in electronic format have become an increasing requirement in both the public and private sectors. In this context, the recent approval of the Regulation and the Ministerial Order of the Anti-Fraud Law establishes the requirements that invoicing systems and software used by businesses and professionals must meet. These systems must ensure the integrity, preservation, accessibility, legibility, traceability, and immutability of invoicing records.

We thank all the participants for their interest and Albert Folguera for his invaluable collaboration.

We will continue promoting training and regulatory update spaces to facilitate adaptation to the new legal requirements of the sector.
