El Gobierno ha aprobado un plan de apoyo para hacer frente a los aranceles impuestos recientemente por la administración de Donald Trump que incluye ayudas a empresas, principalmente en forma de préstamos y avales.

En este contexto, el martes 15 de abril de 2025 tuvo lugar una reunión con el presidente de la Generalitat, Salvador Illa, para abordar los efectos de estas medidas sobre la industria catalana. En el encuentro, el presidente de nuestro cluster, Jordi Manonellas Solé, participó en representación del sector.

Durante la reunión, se valoraron positivamente iniciativas como el Plan Responem del Govern, que pone el foco en las necesidades reales de la industria, con especial atención a la defensa del empleo y la competitividad del país.

The Spanish government has approved a support plan to deal with the tariffs recently imposed by Donald Trump's administration. The plan includes financial support for companies, mainly in the form of loans and guarantees.

In this context, a meeting was held on Tuesday 15th April with the President of the Generalitat, Salvador Illa, to discuss the impact of these measures on the Catalan industrial sector. The sector was represented at the meeting by Jordi Manonellas Solé, president of our cluster.

During the meeting, initiatives such as the 'Plan Responem' promoted by the Catalan government were welcomed. The plan focuses on the real needs of the industry, with particular attention to safeguarding employment and maintaining the country's competitiveness.
