Face-to-face visit to our members.

January 22, 2025. The Light Mobility Cluster team regularly meets with its members. In recent weeks, our manager and the rest of the team have had the opportunity to visit Cluster members in person.

These visits have several key objectives that benefit both the host member and the other members of the Cluster. On one hand, we can gain firsthand insight into the member’s business model, better understand their capabilities, and observe the production processes, facilities, and technologies they use. This facilitates a deeper understanding of their capabilities and challenges, helping identify areas of cooperation or learning. On the other hand, it promotes innovation and continuous improvement. We can identify novel solutions, technologies applied in other sectors, or current innovations, such as Industry 5.0, the application of artificial intelligence, or work methods that can be replicated or adapted to other contexts within the group. It’s a great opportunity to facilitate relationships between members by connecting them, helping with networking and interactions for projects or developments that benefit the host member or the ecosystem.

These visits also encourage the host member’s participation in Cluster activities and events. We are open to listening to and understanding your needs so we can plan valuable actions and reinforce the sense of belonging and shared vision among Cluster members, consolidating the identity of Light Mobility Cluster as a collaborative association of companies working toward common goals.

Finally, these visits help strengthen the host member's roadmap with concrete actions within the Cluster.
